hello my names sophie and im a 28yr old hair colour specialist from birmingham uk and a new mummy to violet who was born 6/4/8 . i was previously a gold ww member i lost bout 3st for my wedding..see the pics on my albums... after having violet my weight was 11st11.5llbs and as of 2/6/8 im 11st 7llbs. my fighting weight is anywhere between 9st7 and 10st so ive obviously got a way to go but it aint rocket science..eat less ....move more....lose weight...u dnt get fat eating salad!!!! im not a fan of diet fads or diets in fact hence why i love ww!!! so im very xcited to be on this journey with you girls...its easier doing this with other ppl for support!!
