Hi Everyone,

Im trying to get pregnant and have been for the last three months but it isn’t happening (so far). Im thinking of trying Weightwatchers to lose some weight to get to my healthy BMI but cant find my old stuff. I dont want to pay out to attend the meetings, just want to weigh myself every week.

Do any of you know where I can print off all the docs (basic food booklet, takeaway booklet, conversion chart) and how I can figure out how many points I am entitled to per day?

I definitely want to do it the old way, not the new Pro-Points type way :p

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hey JoeyJoJo,

If you have a look on the discover plan sub forum there is how to work out your point allowance etc on there plus help with points for eating out. Dont know if there is a site that you can download basic food points but can buy the books pretty cheap off ebay if thats any help.
