Hi was 100% yday first day, been 100% today and had two shakes then just had a salad but wanna check it will be an ss+ so I had 2 sticks celery, handful lettuce, half a red pepper and 1 tin tuna wi some balsamic vinegar. Do I have third shake and will I still be goin into ketosis?thanks X

Strictly speaking, the red pepper's not an SS+ food and you might have had a little bit too much veg - but I doubt it'll have done much harm at this stage. So yes, have your third shake and call it an SS+ day - and yes, you will still be heading for Ketosis-ville. :D
