Ok what can i eat that will make me....go :sick0019: :sigh:

I've eaten soo much fruit in the last two days but cant go.

Feel so lathargic and bloated :cry:

I tend to drink coffee or diet pepsi, as they both go straight through me!
Try and drink plenty of water too Hun...get rid of that bloatedness...if all else fails, get a Ducolease(sp), Ducolax or Senekot from chemist.
Hope things move soon!
 
Just cracked open a can of diet pepsi and my friend is picking me up some alpen bars.
I'm going to the oh's after work on the coach - just my luck i'll need to go then!! ha ha ha :D x

Activia fat free yogurts keep me 'going' and get rid of the bloated feeling.
 
I think the nectarines I got on tuesday are responsible for me never being off the loo in the last 2 days! But rhubarb is always a good bet!
 
Scan bran works for me!
 
If you under-cook your veggies just a little bit, especially some broccoli and eat it quite crunchy, it seems to really power through the old digestive system! Just be sure to chew it really well and slowly to avoid any unpleasant stomach cramps.

Have to second the suggestion of prunes, too.
 
Fybogel Orange or Lemon is the only thing works for me. I usually have a couple a week.
 
I had some diet pepsi and an alpen bar... and it seams to have done the trick! yay :)
