I'm on the road to ruin.... Or maybe just on the road to not having a loss again ever....
I'm always 100% on my weeks but the last 3 weeks I had a STS, a 0.5lb loss and then a 0.5lb gain!
Need some help or advice on what I can try to get my last few pounds off to get to target!
My usual day is....
BREAKFAST
Hifi bar
OR
Fibre plus bar
OR
Fruit salad
LUNCH
Ryvitas and cheese triangles with ham.
Low syn snack... Usually a choc or sweets about 3-5syns.
DINNER
Ham or chicken salad with peppers, mushrooms and onions.
Light dressings.
Always do red days as I get too bloated on green days, occasionally have a few potatoes or small tbsp of rice.
HELP I really want to get to target :-( got my grandads birthday party on 12th march and want to be down to my 9st 7lb, currently 9st 10lb.
Any advice will be more than appreciated!
