Help - at work till 11pm - forgot my lunch

I made a delicous stir fry for work and i forgot it! :cry:

Im on a Red day with very little cash on me, i dont know what to have to eat, theres not much round here chippy and chinese.

So far today i've eaten
egg/ham/mushroom/pepper/omelette - free
chicken/wholemeal pasta/cheese/tom puree - free HEB1/HEA1
Boiled egg/beetroot/salad - free

What can i get to eat which isnt going to send me over the edge? :confused:

Can you just switch to an extra easy day and grab some boiled rice from the chinese? I love eating rice with a little salt or soy sauce. It will fill your gut. Otherwise...have some sweet tea. That always helps me when I want to eat. Sorry I'm not much help! I know that it can be REALLY hard when you realize that you're unprepared!! Otherwise, use up some of your syns love! Doesn't appear that you've had any yet today! Go get some chinese if you fancy it! I know that probably doesn't help much! But I think it's ok for you to have a bit of takeaway and use your syns. There's tons to eat for tea that you don't have to syn. Or just go over your syns a bit for today. Have 20 today and 10 tomorrow?

You could switch to EE as you have only had 1 hea/b, and get something from the chinese.
Chicken chow mein is only 7syns, chicken and mushroom with boiled rice is 5.5 syns.
