    Hi,
I saw a comment on a post yesterday regarding food ect and one of them was not being able to have balsamic viniger..
Is this correct, I thought we could have it?

I've been having it on ss+ too, its a spray one and use only a little on salad to jazz it up a little. My CDC said it was ok if only a little used. But having said that, lately.. I am finding things out that aren't allowed, that my CDC said was! x

The thing with Balsamic is that the carb count can be really really high. I think some of the cheaper ones are especially high which is a shame because I love it.

I've got a 9 yr old one, which my sister bought back from Italy, it really is the REAL stuff! If you use it as a spray, its only a wee amount that you use anyway. I wouldnt pour it straight on as it would be too intense anyway.

It's in the book and CDC says yes, but not loads, so I would say yes it's ok, but just in small amounts.

Sorry for the late reply. Been AWOL

When I mentioned it on the other thread, it was to Eternalflame who was on SS+

It's not 'officially' allowed on SS+.

It comes up on the 810 though:)
