Help! can log in to SW website?

My slimming world membership online ran out 3 weeks ago roughly, so i went on at the weekend to buy 3 months worth at £45 but when i try and log on it says that it doesnt recognise my email address and password, my SIL has SW online and i tried her log in details (she is still an active member) and says the same again?

Is anyone else having problems? I re-started today and really need the SW website support.

Aw sorry about that, think you will have to ring on Wed after the bank hols. Anything I can help with?
