HELP! Chicken Roast confusion

Hi there

I have roasted a chicken and ive weighed out 100g of breast with no skin formyself.

The ww meat,fish poultry section says Chicken roast,meat only 80g = 1pp

So if i increased my portion to 160g ii would be correct for me to point as 2pp.

it just seems odd that a chicken breast grilled is 4pp ... so i just want to know if im pointing correctly

I just looked it up and 160g roast chicken is 7pp? and 160g of grilled chicken breast is 6pp hope this helps xxx
