Help! Feeling ill and just want to eat bread

I have this wierd bug the last few days, around eleven I start to feel really queasy and then it passes after a few hours. It's not due to hunger and nothing has changed in my diet. Today I actually was sick and now I just crave bread or bread sticks or mini cheddars. The thought of any diary or anything juicy like fruit makes me want to heave :( I don't want to sabotage my diet, help!

You can change days if what you have eaten will allow. Nothing wrong with changing from Red to EE if everything you have had so far will allow you too which it should do. But then you won't have that extra B, but if it is carbs your body wants pasta or rice should help the craving.
