I have this wierd bug the last few days, around eleven I start to feel really queasy and then it passes after a few hours. It's not due to hunger and nothing has changed in my diet. Today I actually was sick and now I just crave bread or bread sticks or mini cheddars. The thought of any diary or anything juicy like fruit makes me want to heave I don't want to sabotage my diet, help!
