This SW is quite hard to get my head round,lol
  Thing is, I only eat chicken now and again, but do eat fish and Quorn things.  I don't eat any red meat at all.  So would I be better just having green days, but then it's all carbs, so I wouldn't lose weight or would I?  Sorry, I am really confused about this green day thing and carbs.
