Help Green or Red days?

This SW is quite hard to get my head round,lol:D Thing is, I only eat chicken now and again, but do eat fish and Quorn things. I don't eat any red meat at all. So would I be better just having green days, but then it's all carbs, so I wouldn't lose weight or would I? Sorry, I am really confused about this green day thing and carbs.

I very rarely eat red meat either, but on a red day i'll eat chicken, turkey, Quorn sausages, Quorn mince. for instance tonight i'm having stir fry veg, turkey, beansprouts and stir fry sauce (Blue Dragon Chow mein 5.5 syns). Last night i had the same but no turkey, noodles instead. I also like cottage pie made with the Quorn mince but mashed swede instead of potato.
