HELP HELP HELP?!?!?!

I havn't had a pack sinse 6pm yesterday and I'v tried making a mouse, a muffin and a soup and whatever I seem to make, the smell of it makes me gag and now I feel VERY sick.

I've asked my CDC but shes working I think so I don't know when she can get back to me.

Please help?!?!
