I am getting back onto my horse today - have faffed about all week, mentally beating myself up. I am going to take it one hour at a time, I have to stop thinking "if only I had not" and just keep positive, knowing in 3 days time I will be back in a good place. My usual weigh in day is Tuesday so I'm going to stick to that. I was hoping to have lost 2 stone by the 16th November - BUT now I will settle for one stone at a time.
