    Hey All,

    I have been doing slimmers world for two week on my own and have lost 7lbs. However I am stuck at 10st.

    For the last week I have not lost a pound! I have finished my ladies time (Two Days) ago so I am wondering if that has something to do with it?

    I have also noticed it doesn't make a difference between when I weigh myself morning or night there is no fluctuation is my weight. Is this normal?

    You've lost a lot of weight over a short period of time. You are not stuck just because you have one week where you stay the same, that happens to us all at some point even when we are 100% on plan. It could be hormonal, fluid retention, bloating, salty food, exercise or just your body taking a week out to regroup from your big loss. Look at the bigger picture and try not to get too caught up in what the scales say on a weekly basis. And stop weighing yourself in between because that's going to mess with your head lol xx

    I long for the day when I can say "Im stuck at 10 stone" lol Bless ya. Have faith in the plan, stick with it and you will get results. 7 lbs in 2 weeks is ace. Good luck x

    If you don't already, perhaps write everything down so you can see where any changes need to be made.
    You could look at trying to use more super speed foods (baked beans, melon, mushy peas, etc), or perhaps varying your healthy extras. I find that drinking a lot of water helps too, so perhaps up your intake of water if it's not good enough already :) xx
