I agree with the others, drink lots and measure once a week too, as you can see on my info below my tickertape that I put my measurements on every week, so if I don't lose lots of weight the reduction of measurements keep my motivation going.
I didn't drink very much last week and 'only' lost 3 pounds, so I am making a concerted effort to drink lots this week and see if the weight comes off more!
