Extra Easy Help!!! I keep Putting on!

Thank you happy holidays - does anyone know or have heard of the free pancake recipe? Or anyone have any ideas on a nice breakfast? On the weekend I like to treat myself usually with a fry up... Yes FRY up but this week I'm sticking at it 100%
 
Yep the pancake recipe uses your hexb, it's 35grms oats, 3 eggs, 1 muller light yogurt & frylight, soak the oats overnight in the yogurt, add the eggs, blitz & cook in frylight, I make mine with 2 eggs & just put a small amount of mixture into the pan as they're not too easy to flip. I also use 175grms of flavoured yogurt & add berries:D

You could still have your fry up, apparently somebody at our group sprays their bread with frylight & frys it!!!! You could have poached eggs, beans, bacon, sausages still!!!
 
Believe it or not I can't wait for weigh in!!! I want to know if my hard work has paid off or not..... Hurry up Tuesday!
My mind may change after the weekend, I always find the weekend hard as I "treat" myself

Could you substitute the sausages for be good to yourself ones. If you had 4 of them instead of 4 of the Cumberland ones you'd save yourself 2 syns already (0.5 syns each)
 
I think what will help you is if you do your measurements.

I have recently started going to the gym and I'm expecting to see some gains but when I do I'm going to take my measurements and see how they've changed since I last did them.

Since starting sw in January I know I have changed shape but unfortunately I didn't do my measurements when I first started so I don't know total inches lost :(
 
We'll I just went on the scales, I didn't believe what it told me so I put new batteries in... And it still said the same, maybe the water thing was the issue I pray to god I've lost 4lbs

Here's the food diary today, I'm staying away from home tonight off to my Nan's again and this time I've decided to cook my dinner and take it in a container I'm having pizza and chips how rebellious I feel - the SW chips are amazing it's my first time making them and I highly recommend it!!!
I planned on going swimming this morning but I didn't :) I'm scared to go to the gym if I'm being honest as when I did and I mean every day this is when the weight gain started!!!

Better add an extra 4 syns on to my diary actually I'm more than likely going to have a Special K bar during britans got talent
