Extra Easy Help!!! I keep Putting on!

Awwwwwwwww don't be disappointed, you're not going to get massive losses on SW! Have you thought about doing a proper diary, putting what meals you actually eat & not ingredients, you could post pics as well. What did you find hard?

Hi, nothing was hard, I found staying on plan easy - I had hopped for a bigger loss as when I did the plan loosely I lost 2.5lbs. I have to remember that I had put on every week so I should be happy.

I will start a diary later maybe it will help me x
 
Yep I find a diary works for me as does taking pics of my food, it seems odd at first but keeps me focused as you are constantly thinking about what's on the plate;)
