Hi Mils

I'm sorry you are having a difficult evening. How far into your diet are you? The hunger will pass, what helped me was more water, distractions of any kind and if all else failed I went to bed. I know it's not brilliant but the hunger will pass and you will be so proud of yourself tomorrow when you wake up knowing that you didn't throw in the towel.

Time to grit your teeth and get through this difficult test.

I know.. I did it once before and felt so annoyed with myself...

thanks for the advice, I'm having a bottle of water...should stop the hunger pangs

You can do it Mils.

Things will get a lot easier, it may not seem like it now, but they will. If you give in now, you will find it so much harder and also have the guilt feelings etc.

I agree with Sonya, have a great big mug of hot coffee or tea this will take the edge of it. Perhaps have a bath to take your mind of the craving.

Everyone's behind you and willing you to succeed.

thanks everyone..I've already had 2 baths today so I don't think i can have another!!!

I'm having a large coffee and then off to bed...my first weigh in is tomorrow so I am not going to ruin it after almost 2 weeks of being good.

Thanks again for all the support it's taken my mind off that bacon sandwich I'm craving!!!

I keep telling myself that nothing tastes as good as being slim feels. but bacon does taste good!!
