Don't do it. you will be so pleased with yourself when you have resisited the temptation. The first week seems to drag so much and we all know how hard it is but each week it gets easier and easier and the losses really do motivate you. Distract yourself. Go for a walk or a bath or anything that will keep your mind off the food.

It does get easier and you're in store for an amazing loss next week. keep drinking the water. Maybe you should compare your measurements, as sometimes when you don't lose lbs you lose inches?
