help! i want to eat!!!

    ^^ exactly what it says in the title. iv only lost 2.5 lbs this week,, and its my first week. i want to just give in and stuff my face right now!!! any words of advice??

    Don't do it. you will be so pleased with yourself when you have resisited the temptation. The first week seems to drag so much and we all know how hard it is but each week it gets easier and easier and the losses really do motivate you. Distract yourself. Go for a walk or a bath or anything that will keep your mind off the food.

    Like beccabug said, Don't do it!

    It does get easier and you're in store for an amazing loss next week. keep drinking the water. Maybe you should compare your measurements, as sometimes when you don't lose lbs you lose inches?

    Also think about the reasons you started the diet in the first place - I always look over my goals when struggling and it seems to help x
