I am off on holiday next week, will be in this country and in a caravan...must be nuts i bet it will be freezing.
I am following extra easy, any good advice on things I could easily take with me to help me stay on track?
which is the best chick pea dahl to get? as I know some of them are fairly naughty, we usually dont cook very much in the evenings which wont help me as I am the only one in the family who isnt built like a racing snake already!
I don't like dhal, but my sister does. I recently bought her a tin of the Geo Organic one from Waitrose, but she found that one a bit too spicy. It is free (Green and EE) though.
Her favourite is the one from Asda. It is also free.
I hadnt thought of ratatouille I love that, will defo be getting some of that! maybe this wont be as hard as I originally thought...until they decide to have fish and chips!

Forward planning is the key - you can go out and eat on sw, just have to make the right choices, maybe pick a day and say "right that evening is my treat evening" after all you are on holiday - but no need to go mad all week and gain what you have just lost!
jacket spuds are always good when eating out lol
plus if in a caravan I am imagining you may be doing lots of walking too
Teenyweeny is correct...
Jacket spuds is a good option when eating out. So is grilled steak or chicken (minus skin) with salad.
I also love salads. I tend to ask for prawn or ham or beef salad without any sauce or dressing...
Yes, and walk a lot. That really helps.
I have been on 2 holidays while doing SW and lost both times. My eating and drinking were not brilliant but I walked a lot and came back with losses both time!
