Starting next week 1/2 of my working week will be spent away from home! I will have no control over food in the evenings as the family i am staying with cannot be expected to accommodate my eating to this extent.

I'm really after some ideas of what i can take to work for my lunch! Probably something i can buy in the supermarket really, i know i will take fruit to eat which is free, but how bad are ready made sandwiches and if i have to buy one where would you suggest and what should it be ideally?

I used to find the small prawn tesco salads quite good points wise, haven't worked them out yet as propoints, the light choices range are good too.

This was in the book I got from group the other day:
Boots shapers- prawn Mayo sandwich-8pp
BBQ chicken wrap-8pm
WW- roast chicken and stuffing-Mmmm- 7pp
Chicken Caesar wrap-8pp
Sainsbury be good to yourself- cheese ploughmans-9pp
Roast chicken salad-7pp
Honey and mustard chicken salad wrap-9pp
Beef and horseradish sandwich-9pp
M&S count on us- roast chicken sandwich- no Mayo-7pp
