Help! I've cheated :-(

Hello fellow dieters!

I started on the Cambridge Weight plan on Saturday. IM on 3 shakes a day and the odd bit of chicken or turkey each day too. I have defo started to lose weight, but when I did my ketosis stick this morning (before I drank anything at all) it was neutral. I was gutted coz I was told I'd be in ketosis by day 3. Anyway, I ended up eating 3 small white rolls, 3 mini cakes my daughter made and a breakfast bar! I'm REALLY REALLY upset I've done this and now I'm worried all m hard work will be ruined. Why did I do it? ARGH!!!!!!!!!!

I have 5 weeks to lose 2 stone for my brothers wedding.......

Anyone else done this?

I'm doing Cambridge diet and have lost 1 stone 9lbs in 5 weeks. Haven't cheated, but have had a couple days in SS+. Stick with it its great!
