I have about 1 and half stone to lose.
I've been doing so good on my first week, my trousers are even starting to feel better. However tonight I have given in to food, I've had some noodles and a little bit of curry. I feel so dissapointed with myself I wasn't even hungry...just wanted to eat. Have I spoilt the last week??? I had lost about 5lb by my home scales and my weigh in day is Monday!

Put it behind you honey, you can't change what has happened, but you can make it worse if you dwell on it. Just carry on with your packs and drink plenty and hopefully there will be little damage done x x

RuthMB ... you can get into that viscious circle of hating yourself then eating more...(you get the idea) or you can say ok ...I had a blip....and learn from it and get back on the band wagon. Was there a particular reason you ate for example?

During this journey you do learn a lot about your eating habits and why things have failed in the past. Had you left having your shake too long that was my downfall previously. This time I'm spacing them out regularly and making sure I drink plenty of water.

Just as Eclipse said ...chalk this one upto experience and get back to it in the morning :D x x x
