    I've ruined it!!!
It was a long and lonely weekend and I eat a loaf of bread with butter. The worst part is that I went to the store and bought it since I don't keep any food since I started SS 17 days ago.
Believe me: It was not worth it! Now I am starting from scratch again and I have my second weight-in in 3 days!
Should I just give up and be overweight. I know I want to be 11 st but at what price? This is so hard!
    Help!:wave_cry:

Come on you can do it ..... one little blip doesn't have to stop your diet or ruin it - unless you let it.

Get back on that SS, drink plenty of water, plan things for next weekend .... oh and tell the shop not to serve you!

Hopefully you'll get back inot ketosis fairly soon and be back on that fat burning journey.

    Hi ya,:)

Keep with it you know you dont want to be overweight. Get back on track and that naughty loaf will be off in no time. You are doing great if that is your only blip in 17 days.

Paz you have'nt ruined it! get back on course today and put it behind you. You've only ruined it if you give up now. It's a blip thats all. You said that it wasn't worth it so I doubt you'll do it again. Think of all the hard work you've put in so far, please dont give up. I'm 6 weeks into it and I cant tell you how good it feels and you CAN do it! If you had a bad weekend next weekend try and do something different. I do anything to keep busy at weekends there my worse time to. I,ve started walking round flipping botsales on a sat and sun morning just to keep myself busy(how sad am I).
This diet is hard but the rewards are fantastic, put it behind you and carry on Please!!

Hi Paz, hun firstly i want to congratulate you on getting to day 17 u go girl !!
Hun just because u had one small minor blip pls pls dont give up !!
You are only human and we all slip up at one time or another for what ever reasons, what is done is done so you need to be positive and just draw a line under this experience and carry on.
Ssing is not the easiest thing in the world but its so worth it when u see the pounds melting away and see yourself shrinking.
They say it takes 21 days to form a habbit so you are practically there, dont start counting from day 1 just carry on from today and you will soon be in ketosis.

Hun next time you r feeling lonely just come on line there is always someone around and if u want a chat then post a message in the shoutbox and i am sure someone will pop into the chatroom and we can support you through the difficult time.

You have not ruined anything hun xxx
Take care and pls dont be 2 hard on yourself xxx

    HI Paz

Hi Paz....cant find an email address for you but I got to day 17 too and have 2 days of stuffing my face...............have emailed my counsellor and told her Im quitting. I was going to try the GI diet but I cant stick to it. I have one oat cake and then eat the whole box. Just eaten 2 bars of choc and now I feel sick.

So I have just walked round town in my lunch hour and given my self a good talking too. Its hard at work but I really want to succeed at this. I had lost a stone and want to go on from there.:(

If you read this post please E mail on [email protected]. We can buddy up and spur each other along. Lets make a pact. Before you are tempted to bust it again email me and vice versa. By the way where do you live ?

    Dawn

    Hi Paz,

Please don't give up - you made the hardest choice and that was to start this diet in the first place. You are doing so well:p

I was on my AAM week when I had to spend 4 days in hospital - eating hospital food:eek: After that I have found it hard to start again but I want to lose this weight before my wedding and I want to show all the doubters of this diet that it can work:D

Sorry for the rant but you can do this - none of us want to remain overweight, just forget last weekend ever happened - its over with now and get back on CD and watch the weight fall off.

If you ever need to chat before you feel that you might "blip" again - just jump online and we will be here for you.:p

    Take care

DON'T GIVE UP!! It's a very hard diet, but the rewards are soooooooooooooooo worth it - just think when you get to 11stone, you will feel wonderful.

You can do it - just don't beat yourself up for your blip, it is not worth giving up over. You've done really well and to have come on here shows that you want help and don't want to give up.

Focus on what you want to achieve, believe in yourself. Next time you feel like you need to eat, try and get on here, it might take your mind off it!

Please please though, do not give up - you'll be looking back in a few months time realising how pleased you are that you didn't give up!

I am not sure if any of you are still here: i have just come back to this website after more that three years. Found this (my last) post and you guys were so supportive. I am back on the Cambridge, today is my 10th day and on my first weight in i lost 6 pounds. I am 16 stones and want to get down to 12 stone so i can be on the 'normal' weight on the doctor's chart.
Thanks everyone for your support back then. I hope all of you lost the weight and if you are still here then let's get this done!

Hi Paz welcome back!! I don't recognise any of the posters on your thread but they may well still be here! I would be interested to find out how they've all done since 2007!

Sounds like we are both at similar starting points! I weighed in at 16st 3lbs to start and I'm currently 14st 8lbs (last "official" weigh in) although I'm aiming for a goal weight of 9 stone.

Well done for giving it another go! :) You'll have loads of support of everyone and I'm sure you'll do it this time x
