Help me for lose weight

I want to lose wieght what can i do for that. Somebody has told me that generic xenical is a pill which helps in weight loss. Its cost effective. I liked generic xenical and i am going to buy it online for weight loss, Please help me whether i should buy it or not.

Hello! I recommend capsichili which can be really effective at the battle against overweight problems! I have tried many other ways but slowly, after months it helped me loosing weight! Of course, I was on a diet and exercise regularly as well.

Welcome to minimins. I think you can get the squits with xenical. I'm not sure it will deliver long term. Maybe take a look at dietdoctor.com ( which has some free 2 week plans) and Google Dr Berg for a way of shedding fat without pills.
