Help me get back on track!!

    Ive got just over two stone to loose, I've gain a pound and a half this week and ate gutted! My social life has picked up and I'm changing jobs do there's lots of nights out and pub lunches. Any one any good tips for eating out?

    I didn't want to read and run.

    The obvious answer would be to say to try and cut down on alchol assuming you drink and stick to zero calorie drinks or sparkling water.

    Also stick to grilled steak, jacket pots and side salad without oil etc. Or pasta with tomato based sauces. I understand the bean chilli from weatherspoons is a good option for sw.

    Have a look at this thread about eating out it will give you some ideas.

    Good luck and don't be to disheartened you can soon get that off.

    Hi thank you for your advice, I went out for dinner and tea today!! drink diet coke, had a jacket potato and chicken salade for dinner and enjoyed a lovely chilli with rice for tea - resisted a large glass of wine or two and choc fudge cake!!

    Fingers crossed I can keep irbil for the weekend then I should be home and dry!
