Right STOP IT NOW!!!! think about what you are doing and consider the consequences. PLEASE Hon

Are you drinking plenty water???

Everytime you feel a blip coming on stop look how far you have come and think to so really want to end up back where you were before. You look fab now not flab. So focus and get back on thats speeding train to slimville you can do this and you will succeed.

Hope this doesn't sound too harsh honey

Good Luck

sez666 -- If you want to get back into ketosis then you have to stop with the carb, sugar, etc. If you must munch, then celery and protein (but watch your calories). If you can do a CD/Atkins combo for three days to get back into ketosis, then you can wean yourself back onto ss.

Good advice, MinnieMel.

CD plus protein for a few days should restore ketosis and hopefully peace of mind. Often it is guilt at having eaten, and feeling disappointed with ourselves, that perpetuates the slide.

It's natural to want to eat things we shouldn't. That's how we put on weight in the first place! But you're dealing with it now and blips and slips are just that. Not the end of the world, not the end of your success. Just get back down to business!

All the very best.

i need to get back in ketosis because i felt more in control of the hunger . now i just want to eat and eat,
hopefully over next few days it will get better but i dont think having bars help because they make me crave more food.

Hi Sarah,

How is it going? Exercise helps, too. You can do this... we all can.
