hi, i have been on cd ss+ for about 14 weeks and i had a blip for the 1st time last week and knocked myself out of ketosis and not i cant stop blipping, i have been 100% on the diet without cheating for 14 weeks and i have gone from15st 9lb to 11st 12lb and i want to get to my goal of 10st 13lb so as you can see i have done quite well and i am almost there but i need help getting back in ketosis and i need to stop this cheatin,
i am not eating a lot extra just the odd piece of chocolate or a bite of biscuit or mouth full of icecream but it seems the more i do it the more i want it, (viscous circle lol)
