Hey guys, im going for my first meeting tonight with my CDC. A bit nervous but excited that i'm finally gona lose all the weight i've been trying to lose for ... oh, iv lost count!! :p Anyway, been reading your posts and is it really that easy to put all the weight back on? i dont wana be spending all this money for the weight loss just to be short term! :eek: Help! :eek: xxx

Oh where about in scotland are you? Im in Dundee..

After you have lost all the weight you go into maintenance which I believe trains you into keeping the weight off :D

I worry obsessively about this and I have been told that if you return to the way you ate before ANY diet, you will put it back on so you should look upon this as a start to your new healthier lifestyle (there's loads of threads covering this). Cambridge do however give you a booklet which outlines how to introduce food (specifically carbs) using a variety of gradually increasing calorific programmes so there should not be a huge weight gain when coming off it.
