Hello everyone
Newbie here! I followed slimming world a few years ago and had great success, but have slipped into bad habits and am trying to get back on track. I look forward to posting on this forum!
Anyways, I was wondering if someone could help me out? At lunchtime there is a healthy food shop by my work that sells a really yummy soup. It consists of roast chicken, loads of vege, noodles and a lovely broth. The only thing I need to syn is the broth, but I have no idea how! The whole thing comes to 180 calories, so I assuming it would be fairly low?
Can anyone help?
