Morning everyone - can you give me some guidance!

Wrote out my food diary this morning, planned cereal for b/fast HEB and then synned some stewed apples.

I have reached my target weight now so ideally want to maintain not lose more, should I un-syn that stewed fruit and have as an extra HEB???
    How does it work?

Must say I am finding it hard to let go of the SW rules and relax a bit :D It has become a way of life!

We had our first member at goal last night so we just went over this. Our consultant said that you just increase your HE B's until you feel comfortable it is enough to maintain, she said it was a bit trial and error but to initially start with 2 extra HE B's. Our consultant however does it differently, she is at goal and she follows plan Monday-Friday and then doesn't at the weekend, she mentioned that this might not work for everyone. LOL Personally I will start with the extra HE B's once I get to goal

How great that you have reached target xxx

I'm the same as your consultant Steph, I follow the plan properly Sunday to Thursday and relax on a friday night and saturday. I've never done the extra HEX bit properly as I am happy to follow the plan but on a weekend I will have some garlic bread with my pasta or some butter on my toast for example. As well as some sweeties.

It depends on your lifestyle and what you enjoy. To be honest, I don't really need an extra HEX normally so I don't bother.
I've been at target 15 months now, and whilst I do go up and down around my target weight, I have maintained and only gone outside when I've had a holiday.
It's not normal to stay the same weight week in week out even if you do have the extra HEX's so don't be shocked if you lose or gain a pound for no apparent reason! This is why SW allow the 3lb either side bit.
Steph is right though, increase your extras by one or two and see if you still lose, if you do then increase some more. Some people only need one more, some need 3 or 4.
    Hope this helps, good luck!

    Thanks ladies

I will definately give the 2 ideas a go, my partner is away in london all week so would be great to relax and eat whatever I like when he is home - BUT I am having trouble relaxing the rules....obsession-ish

During the week I am going to add 1 HEB to my menu.....BEST OF BOTH WORLDS HEY!! :D

See how it goes, I dont own scales and didnt bother joining SW as only a stone to lose. Looks like I will be popping to Homebase a bit more and perusing the bathroom scales aisle!! :D
