Morning everyone - can you give me some guidance!
Wrote out my food diary this morning, planned cereal for b/fast HEB and then synned some stewed apples.
I have reached my target weight now so ideally want to maintain not lose more, should I un-syn that stewed fruit and have as an extra HEB???
How does it work?
Must say I am finding it hard to let go of the SW rules and relax a bit
