How does it work?
The Slim·Fast diet plan is really easy.. Simply replace two meals a day with one of the tasty Slim·Fastmeals and then have a 600 calorie dinner. With a choice of flavours in our soups, smoothies and meal bars, you can enjoy a varied diet plan that helps you lose weight. Each Slim·Fastmeal contains circa 200 calories.
The diet plan also allows for frequent eating and the happy dieter can eat up to 6 times a day! In addition to our meal replacement range, you can choose from our delicious range of pretzels, cheese biscuits or snack bars (caramel, peanut, apricot and cashew or cranberry and almond) and snack between meals.
