    hey girls

    When i was up at HQ, the chef made chicken with a chinese flavoured coating, cant find it on the online site but am desperate to make it so that i can avoid eating it tomo eve, as were visiting brother and as its his bday, are planning pizza but not really feeling it tbh! feeling sluggish after a week of celebrating.. so ..

    can any of u help? xxxxx

    Have you tried asking your Consultant if she can remember? Failing that try and call HQ directly and explain the situation...Im sure someone could help you.
    The only spices I use when chinese cooking are garlic, ginger, chinese five spice and soy sauce!

    I'd have gone with 5 spice too. you could have a look on tinternet at some chineese recipes and see if they give the spices seperate. Good luck xx

    hmm, it was like a coating though.. so what would i do to make it like a thick red sauce?
