Track :) Maybe make a list of the points values of the foods you eat most often. Good luck with your first week!
 
I have the pp values for places I would eat out in, scribbled into my diary.
You never know when you might bump into someone and sit down for a bite to eat, and doing this takes the stress out of it for me. Especially if I go to Subway, its like a fast food safety net
