Hi all, have done WW in the past, memories a bit foggy on it all, even more so now with the new PP, have just ordered a book with PP values in, so am not clued up on how many ive had today, wondering if someone would be so kind enough as to work it out for me until my book arrives?
Heres what i have had today..
Breakfast: slice wholemeal bread, scraping of clover ( around a tsp) tsp marmalade
Lunch: 2 small tortilla wraps, 8 slices wafer think turkey ham, salad, 1 tbs low fat mayo
Dinner: 2 weetabix, 1/2 pint semi skimmed milk ( was in a hurry lol)
Snacks: slice of wholemeal bread, 1 laughing cow light triangle
