So I joined for the very first time on Monday and I'm so eager to not be messing this up already so wondered if my diary yesterday is looking ok. I managed to join a week before payday so I'm not as stocked up as I should be but have been and got fruit and veggies today.

Am I doing it right ? ( yes I had wine but 125ml is extremely restrained for me lol
Thanks in advance

Try taking a photo of each meal and uploading it - here's a cauliflower pizza that I shared with my daughter, and had salad with it

I do plan because I'm not used to all this cooking from scratch lark. I think of things I'm going to make the next day and make sure I have it in the fridge so I'm not tempted to eat something bad or boring and lose interest in the diet.

This is what I ate today
Tuesday

Tesco Flat Rice Noodles 150g 1 syn
Sharwoods oyster sauce 2 TBsp
Stir fry veg
Spring onions
Fillet steak lean
Muller light skinny cappuccino

So today I went in work (overtime) on my feet all day so got some decent steps in. Got home and took the dogs for a walk around the park. 7000 steps almost so pleased with that

Today's food was gorgeous. Decided another stir fry for lunch as it was so filling yesterday. Ate some at 12 o clock and then the rest at about 2.30 when i returned from the park. The chicken sausages I had were delicious and so worth eating. 2.5 syns each. Heard the heck Ones are disgusting

So here's my menus today

1 sachet super goodness blueberry, cranberry and guava porridge HE
Almond milk unsweetened HE

Tesco Flat Rice Noodles 300g 1.5 syns
Sharwoods oyster sauce
Stir fry veg
Spring onions
Beef steak lean

Muller light skinny latte

2 Tesco butchers choice chicken sausages 5 syns
Mashed potato
1 tsp flora light 1 syn
200ml gravy 2 syns
Onions fried in fry light

I actually really liked the Heck chicken sausages. Didn't like the SW ones though.

Those Tesco ones are like normal sausages and taste great. Only £1.50 a pack too. Don't think I'm going to try the heck Ones at £3 a pop, not now I've found these ones anyway

So yesterday was just like any other. Daughter to school, took dog out and then went to work. Over the day I did 8638 steps which my phone tells me is about 3.4 miles. Pretty pleased with that. Anyway here's my diary for yesterday

Hey! Looks like you're doing great! :D
Is this your third or second week, then?

I've gotten used to eating all my bread without butter now, but Flora Light is only 1/2 a syn for a tsp, if you like that... Might stretch your syns out a bit more (more wine! :D)

I highly doubt you're eating too much free food... Some days I eat until I'm rolling around holding my stomach, haha.
The idea is that you eat until you're full and don't think about it or feel guilty.

If you want to boost that weightloss and follow the plan 100%, you possibly need to add more speed food. On plan 100% means that 1/3 of every plate should be S food, so when you're having a jacket, try putting it on a bed of salad and munching through that, or try adding sliced tomatoes or cucumber to your sandwiches. You can fry the tomatoes if you want them with a breakfast!
I don't do this for every single meal because sometimes you just really can't handle a mouthful of leaves, but whenever possible, make sure you have something from those pages on your plate.

I got stuck in a rut for a few weeks and managed to break it by making sure I was weighing my shredded wheat and measuring my milk etc, it's tedious but it makes a difference somehow!

Good luck, you can do it :woohoo:

Hi honey and moon

This is my second week (weigh in on Monday) I am eating lots more veggies in my stir frys this week, so really trying with the speed foods. I'm also moving a lot more. Extra laps around the park to get my steps up.
I'm having a couple of glasses of prosecco tonight as a treat though

Weird doing this on a Saturday but yesterday was hectic and as I'm up early today for work I thought I'd get this entry done. Had a very good day yesterday step wise. Did 10300 steps which is about 4.3 miles. (In work and on the park with the dog) so here goes. Had 25 or so syns of prosecco but I've saved more than enough over the week to cover it. It's been my only treat this week as I've stuck to plan 100%

Hi. Here to subscribe. Your salt and pepper chips look lovely
They were delicious. It felt naughty eating them but they were syn free lol

Peel & cut potatoes, part boil them for 10mins or so, Put them on a baking try & spray with frylite, put them in the oven for 20/25mins. In a wok add some frylite & Then add onions, peppers, Chillis and Chillis flakes (depending on how hot you want them) fry it all till cooked then add the chips to it and a splash of soy sauce and fry for a further 5mins..

Be careful with those chilli flakes though as we made it a tad too hot first time around. They are even better with a splash of vinegar and some salt and a taste just like chippy ones.
