Help needed re lunch please!

Hi ladies. Am out and about today shopping. Basically the only choice I have for lunch is the sandwich bar.... What do you reckon my best option would be? I don't normally eat sandwiches so not sure! Am thinking chicken or ham salad sarnie on brown? Any idea on points? Ta x

Yeah i'd have a chicken salad sandwich. Just make sure it's not covered in mayo!

Any idea on points? I opted for roast chicken and salad on granary. Said no to butter but had a thin spread of low fat Mayo (I double checked, they said was Helmans light).

Well it'd 5 for bread, I usually go 3 for chicken cause it's usually less than a breast, but judge on looks and then 2pp (might be 1 can't remember) for a teaspoon of Mayo and salad is free. So bout 9/10 depending on size hope this helps
