help needed to find a recipe

last night at group it was taster night my mum loved the butternut squash curry from the quick extra easy cookbook and i love a quiche thing made from wafer thin ham, quark and eggs. my problem is the ladys that made them never stayed last night and i cant find a recipe anywhere for them. i dont want to buy the cook book as there is nothing else in it that we would eat.

does anyone have the recipes or no where i can find them, many thanks jenny xxx

There are dozens of quiche recipes on here hun, too many to post but suggest you do a search for them.

PS - next time your group plans a taster session why dont you suggest that people bring in some little slips of paper with the recipe on to give out to other members that want to make it themselves. most of our group do this.
