Am trying to help my fiance lose some weight and he really feels like he wants anything bready or doughy like pizza. I need some low syn alternatives or savoury snacks I can buy to keep him going. He's already lost 9lbs in 2 weeks and i can see its making him happier so i don't want the bread issue to crack him.

    Thanks

You can make him smash pizza ( in recipie section) or do pizza on a pitta bread or tortilla. I always crave things like that too :) Congrats to him on his loss so far xx

smash pizza will be a hit with him, give it a go and pile it high with all the veggies he likes and use his hex for the half fat cheese on top, best comfort food.

The mung bean wraps would be good. Dead easy to make too. Search for the recipe in the recipe section.
