Help needed

    Hi Can anyone help please a friend of mine goes to sw but has asked me about this but i dont eat it and thought you maybe able to help :
    She has had Puff Wheat for her breakfast this morning,however as a heb its meant to be 28g of the cereal and 2 scan bran but she could only manage to eat 13g of it as you get so much of it as it weighs so light
    what could she add to it to make it up ?any ideas would be very helpful

    I something 'split' my HEBs if I don't want to eat it all at the time.

    If it were me I'd save the rest for a snack later on - supper or something. Just save enough milk :)

    I don't eat this either but that's my advice xxx

    Well she should eat the Scan Bran - that is put with the 28g of Puffed Wheat to make sure she gets enough fibre.

    Maybe she should try another cereal that won't be such a big amount - what about 2 Weetabix they are a HEXB and they have enough fibre in them.

    try 28g of musilie mixed with amuller o have porridge as its filling..

    she has to eat the full amount other wise it doesnt count as HEB and is synned.. x

    i bought the puffed wheat once and dunno which i gagged on more the puffed wheat or the scan bran i only ever had the one bowl
