help needed

    if i have lots of veggies in my curries/casseroles etc do i still need to fill my plate up with 1/3rd of super free veg?

    No, you can include any veg you use as ingredients :)

    Yep, I also include a lot of veg into my dishes so that I don't have to have the 1/3 seperate on the plate. As long as the veg equals to 1/3, doesn't matter whether it's seperate or included in the recipe.
