Help - not fully understanding the week 9 food plan!

Okay, so I can have breakfast cereal for six days. I can also have my protein and staples from last week and three meals a day, BUT I don't really understand if I can have protein at two meals and I just have my staples from week 8 at one meal still like last week? I had cous cous for lunch so I presume I can't have any rice with my tea??
