Help on phase 2


Hi everyone. Happy New Year.
I have just completed phase 1 and lost 4lb which considering new year and I have lost over Christmas and not gained is fab.
I am supposed to move onto phase 2 but a bit daunted now by the carbs. Am I right in thinking you can have quorn with your pasta and rice?

Also how about portion sizes does it really not matter? WhAt are your experiences?
