Extra Easy HELP OPINIONS PLEASE

hi everyone, hope your all having a good weekend.My query is, I have just had some Morrisons mediterranean mixed roast veg(frozen). I have syned them at 6 1/2 per 1/4 of a bag, and thats fine, but, can i also class them as my 1/3 of a plate superfree, because they are all on the superfree pages, just mixed up because they have syns in them hope somebody can help. thanks katey b X

Dont see why not, the 6.5 syns is probably for the oils

You can definitely have them as your superfree. They are 2 1/2 syns per 100g. Aldis med roasting veg are free !!!

Aldi are great for so many things on SW their frozen fish is excellent as are there broc cauli and carrot mix, med veg mix, cottage cheese and pineapple is syn free from aldi too.

Oh dear sorry i have some bad news the med vegetable at aldi is not free anymore :-( but the 2.5 syns for 100g !
