help pasta recipes wanted

i like to simmer down a tin of tomatoes, add all my herbs and spices to taste, dash of garlic, leave it to cool then stir in some quark, and reheat and pore over pasta...mmmmmm, loooovely
 
The Spinach and mushroom cannelloni in this months magazine is 10/10
