Right, so I decided to try a few recipes from the Dukan book and the verdict is savoury = very good
sweet = could do better

So questions...
1. What should orange yogurt cake look like?
Mine went flat and had the same consistency as bread and butter pudding. :cry:

2. I am doing 2 pv days together to make life easier over the weekend so do I do 2 pp days mon/tues?

Question 1 - no idea as I've never made it! Sorry! :eek:

Question 2 - no you don't have to do 2 PP days together to make up for the 2 PV days but you do need to ensure that you do equal amounts of PP and PV days over a month/fortnight.

For example...

I tend to do:
Mon - PP
Tues - PV
Weds - PP
Thurs - PV
Fri - PP
Sat - alternate between PP & PV depending which week I'm on
Sun - PV

That way one week I am doing 3PP and 4PV and the following week I do 4PP and 3 PV.
I always ensure that Sunday is a PV day so I can have my "roast"!
You can sort out which days are best for you but at the end of the month/fortnight PP and PV days should be equal.
Obviously, circumstances change and some days I shuffle my days around but at the end of the fortnight I will have always done 7PP and 7PV.
