could someone tell me is the syn value of this is syn free please

i use a punnet of starwberrys in a pan reduce down with a little water till musshy then add sweetner to taste is this syn free?

i am using it as a filling for a almost syn free cake (well it half a syn the whole cake) apparently.

is the cake 1/2 a syn aswell using quark, sweetner 4 eggs vanilla extract and fat free fromage frais, bearing in mind im on the green plan so my eggs are free aswell

sry to add the 1 tsp of baking powder which i think would be half a syn hence half a syn cake

When you cook fruit they are no longer free and have to be synned so it would be higher than half a syn sorry

Its something to do with its easier to eat so ya can eat more without it filling you as much
