I really enjoy SW and eat healthily all day and enjoy the routine of the diet,but after tea Im constantly looking for something else to eat I usually choose healthy things clementines apples Alpen light bars low fat crisps.It drives me mad when its good all day and the evening is a total letdown.As soon as I finish 1 thing Im looking for something else. Im ruining my own weightloss.Any Help would be appreciated. ThanxAlthought the choices are healthy they usually end up with me going over syns every day.
